"Party center software has been a huge help in our event booking process.  We are now able to keep a constant updated database of all of our clients.  My favorite feature is the fact that I can monitor all the events that get booked even when I’m out of the office.  Whenever an employee books an event, I automatically get an email sent to me which is great way for me to check to make sure the booking process is done correctly.  You can  constantly edit your settings according to your facility.  Before, we were doing 24 parties in a day and now we are able to have 48 parties in a day.  With this software, we never get over-booked. Whenever we call customer service for something we, have yet to get an answering machine - someone has always been there to answer the phone."
