How many online parties do you book? "Forty to fifty percent of our parties are booked online, compared to at the door. It originally started out maybe ten to fifteen percent, but as people became aware of our online booking capabilities - the longer it's been out - more and more people are now utilizing that than coming into the facility and booking."
Does Party Center Software bring in more party revenue? "It has definitely increased our add-on party sales, so it's definitely made the parties more profitable that way because we are selling more. People are purchasing more food, or they're purchasing the balloon packages, or extra tokens for the parties. So it's definitely made it easier to add more on to the parties, which overall makes the parties more profitable for us."
Was Party Center Software a good investment? "Party Center Software has been a great investment for my business. It's helped me out tremendously, not only to keep track of our sales better versus having to manually figure them out. At the end of every day I just run a report that tells me how many arcade tokens we sold, how many go-kart rides we sold, how many bounce admissions we had...I own multiple businesses so even when I'm not at the facility I can still monitor my business and know what's going on with it, which is a great, great feature."
