On May 27, 2015 we are pushing out a new software update with improved support integration. This software update coincides with a new Support website that our team has been working on for a few months. This new Support website is hosted on the Freshdesk platform, which provides more features for everyone.
New Login Capabilities
The new Support website offers multiple ways to access your account. You can sign up in the traditional way (with an email and password), or you can use an existing social media account to access the website.

The new Support website will have improved layout and navigation. Our Knowledge Base is filled with dozens of tutorials, and it will be easier to find the content you're looking for. If you're on the go, the responsive design provides a great user experience on any device (including phones and tablets).
Online Chat Integration
The most exciting new feature is online chat. With this new platform, you will be able to chat with our team online 6 days a week. Plus, the chat function will be integrated with Party Center Software. When you're logged in to our system, you'll be able to access the chat feature on the bottom right of the page. The chat feature will be hidden from certain screens, but it can always be found on the Schedule, Admin, and Customers screen. This feature will allow us to answer your questions and provide help more efficiently.
