Our latest update brings the second phase of UI improvements to the software as well as several bug fixes.
Several pages have been updated to match the sleeker, more modern look of the software. The functionality across these pages remains the same.
The UI has been improved across desktop and mobile environments. You will see the changes reflected in the Facility, Account Settings, Online Booking Settings, Online Store, and Employee sections.
You can now display your facility name in the navigation menu throughout the software. This setting is located in Admin > Facility Info > Preferences > Show Facility Name in Navigation
Enabling this field will display your facility name at the top of each page.
Additionally, when this feature is enabled, the option for aliased users to switch between different facilities will be moved to this button. Clicking on the facility name will bring up the menu to switch sites.
If this feature is not enabled, then users can still click on their usernames in the navigation bar to switch between facilities.
Previously, on the schedule page, when using the party filter in conjunction with the Show Only Booked Dates option, the filter would show booked parties beyond the selected type. This occurred when the party type shared a schedule slot with a different party.
The filter will now only show the filtered party when looking at booked dates.
The text wrapping for order invoice notes now maintains the formatting on the order and the customer's invoice.
The newest version of the hardware link includes enhanced logging capabilities to assist in troubleshooting issues related to COM ports for some computers. You can download the latest version here.
