Introducing Online Booking 2.0: A Smarter, Smoother Way to Book

We have also added powerful new customization tools, giving you greater control over your online booking experience.
Get ready to take your business’s online bookings to the next level with Online Booking 2.0, designed for today’s users and built for your success. This new upgrade can be enabled at anytime!
These new features are included in your Party Center Software subscription, and can be enabled by going to Admin > Facility Info > Preferences > Enable Online Booking 2.0. When you're satisfied with how everything looks, you can check Go Live Online Booking 2.0 to enable the experience for your customers.

While the general steps for making a party reservation remain the same, we've added new filter options to the booking landing page. Customers can now filter by specific party types, and the calendar will reflect availability for those parties.
In the event that a customer's desired date is not available, they can select 'Find Next Available Date' to automatically be shown the next available time slot.

Booking question sets allow you to gather additional information from your customers while they are booking online. You can create multiple optional or required questions for your customers to fill out during their reservation, with predefined or freeform answers. You'll be able to view any answers to these questions directly on the customer's order.
Previously, booking question sets were only configurable by the PCS support team. With the new online booking update, you can manage them directly within PCS, by going to Admin > Online Booking 2.0 > Booking Questions. You can learn about setting up booking questions here.
Agreements are terms defined by you to be signed by the customer. Any policies or information that the customer must read and acknowledge they agree should be created as an agreement. Customers will be presented with any agreements associated with the party that they are booking during the booking process and must agree to them to complete their reservation.
They'll receive an emailed copy of their agreement after signing the page. You can view their agreements on their individual party order. Click here to read more about setting up agreements in the software.
We've added new options for product thumbnails, party banners, and gallery options, so you can better showcase your offerings.
