First, let's start with where your facility is located.
A merchant statement provides transaction details for a given month. This includes the total number of transactions by card type (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), the average transaction amount, and the gross and net transaction revenue. Your merchant statement should be available to download from within your current merchant portal if you have one. If you don't know how to find your merchant statement, please contact your current processor and ask for instructions to "download your two most recent merchant statements." If your business is not currently accepting credit cards, go ahead and submit the request for a quote without attaching merchant statements. We will still give you a great processing rate!
We are committed to onboarding customers quickly and efficiently. After requesting a quote, our team will analyze your merchant statements within 24 hours. If you are happy with the savings and want to move forward with Party Center Pay, you will then go through a quick and painless underwriting process, order your EMV devices, and lastly schedule the set up with our support staff. The entire process from application through completed set up takes about two weeks.
No, EMV devices are configured for each credit card processor. This means that the key installed on a particular EMV device only works on a specific credit card processing network. You will need to purchase or lease new devices when switching to Party Center Pay.
Our amazing support staff will handle all Party Center Pay and Party Center Software inquires. There will no longer be a need to call credit card processors directly once you switch to Party Center Pay!
Right now Party Center Pay is only available in the United States. However Canada payments will be made available soon!
We can still help!
Book a meeting with our team to discuss what options and choices you have for outside of the United States and Canada.
