Free Technical Support
Support is a crucial aspect of any software system. That’s why we offer free software support to all of our customers. We have a dedicated full-time training and support team ready to assist you. We understand that if you’re paying to use our software, then you shouldn’t be charged extra if you’re having issues. Simply put, we don’t kick you when you’re down.
Our standard customer support hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific time Monday through Saturday (Emergency on-call support on Sundays). As past operators, we understand how chaotic it can be when something malfunctions after hours or during a busy weekend, so we also offer free emergency support. You can rest assured knowing we are there to help you any time.
