Our latest release focuses on localization throughout the software, with additional language translations now being available. French-Canadian and Spanish support have been added as extensive language options for users. Additionally, we've added support for alternate emails in customer profiles as well as improved the guest of honor display on the orders/schedule pages.

French-Canadian/Spanish Localization

The new localization options can be configured in the Facility Info section of the software. You can set the language to French-Canadian or Spanish alongside English.

The selected language will be applied to all areas within your facility:

Alternate Email Support

Customer profiles now have an Alternate Email field:

In cases where you are experiencing difficulties sending emails to the original email, or you need a separate email on file for a customer, you can use the alternate email address. Any communications sent to this customer will send to their alternate email as well.

The alternate address can be added directly through the customer's profile, or during an in-house party booking. It does not need to be unique per customer, and the same email can be re-used as needed.

Guest of Honor Display

The guest of honor's birthday will be displayed alongside their name when clicking on the guest of honor from the orders or schedule pages.
