Planning ahead is key to effectively marketing events. Decide which parties you’ll host and packages you'll offer a few months before the season starts, as well as any promotions or discount codes you’ll want to run.
Then, create a calendar of events. Decide how soon you'd like to start promoting each event and be sure to add this information to your calendar, too! A good rule of thumb is to start promoting an event at least one month in advance.
Exceeding customer expectations is what a great guest experience is all about.
It’s a good idea to create a timeline for the party and communicate the "order of events" with your guest.
This not only helps your team stay on track throughout the day, but it also lets the guest know that you run a tight ship and care about providing them with the best and most seamless experience possible.

Every holiday party or event you host is an opportunity to learn more about your customer. Email customers a feedback survey after the event and offer up a prize like gift cards.
